4.5+ mile jog (early); evening-2.25 mile run with sprinting finish, 5 minute rest and 1 mile jog; 15 minute Ab workout

Friday, Sept. 2nd:
10 mile run
Saturday, Sept 3rd:
8k light run, 40 minute rest, then a 3.5 mile run, 15 minute Ab workout
Sunday, Sept 4th:
4 mile run
