4 mile run; 15 minute Ab workout;
Tuesday, August 2nd:
5k+ run
Wednesday, August 3rd:
5k+ run, a 1 hour rest then a 3.5 mile jog; 15 minute Ab workout, 50 minute Chest and Back workout
Thursday, August 4th:
8k run (5.3 miles)
Friday, August 5th:
1 hour arm weights workout; 15 minute Ab workout...no running
Saturday, August 6th:
Nothing...unless you count the $100 bar tab in Austin
Sunday, August 7th:
just a 2 mile run....weak!
